Make Money with your Blog

Then, you will try to pre-sell your visitors and make them want to buy the product, through your affiliate link. You may prefer to sell a product that suits your interests, but make sure that the merchant has a good sales page, otherwise no one will buy the product even if they have clicked through your link. It is also advisable that you sell products that visitors to your blog will be more likely to buy, for example promoting an unlimited game download site if your blog is about gaming.

2. Advertising

You can make a good amount of money with blogs by placing advertisements on your blogs. As long as someone clicks on the advertisements, you will earn a small commission, no matter what the visitor does after that. The greatest example of all is Google Adsense. It is so easy to implement, that you just need to paste a code onto your blog HTML, and Google will automatically choose advertisements based on your blog's content.

It is not as simple to make money from advertising though. You will need to be strategic on where you place your code, and make sure that visitors see it often. You can try placing the advertisements nearer the top of your webpage, or try placing images close to the advertisements. Images have been proven to increase advertisements click through rate by more than 200%. However, you have to make sure that the images appear separate from your advertisements.

3. Sponsored Posts

You can do this by writing paid posts for companies, then get paid depending on how much traffic there is on your blog. You can write a simple post that talks about their company, or you can be review the company's products on your blog.
